beach villa polite staff
The beach villa was spacious. It was close to the pool and restaurants. A short trip in a cart delivered me to the other side of the island at Emerald Bay. I relaxed under the shade of a fig tree and swam in tropical, clear water. The staff were fantastic, polite and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am thankful. They were very engaging.
Sometimes, i waited 15 to 20 minutes for the shuttle. That was slightly annoying.

Adequate stay. Some issues noted.
noisy families mediocre food
the pool was surprisingly small. there were a few cracked tiles. and the promised quiet atmosphere was often disturbed by noisy families, it's not IDEAL! the food quality, especially at the main buffet, felt rather mediocre. the selection was limited, i found some dishes tasted bland, and presentation lacked finesse. IT seemed more focused on quantity than quality.
